Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Solicitor to join our growing team. This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Newcastle upon Tyne City Centre. The role involves managing commercial dispute cases from inception to resolution, drafting legal documents, advising clients, conducting negotiations and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Collaboration with other legal teams and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of commercial litigation trends will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-5 years PQE
- Background in Commercial Litigation / Dispute Resolution
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- £50,000-£70,000 (tailored to experience)
- Hybrid working from our modern city centre office
