We’re partnering with a fast-growing, people-focused business in Exeter looking for a Client Delivery Team Manager to lead a high-performing client-facing function during an exciting period of growth and evolution.
You’ll lead through a team of Team Leads, helping create momentum, accountability and a collaborative, high-energy environment whilst balancing customer experience with commercial performance.
This role would suit someone from a fast-paced commercial environment — recruitment, customer success, client services, sales operations or another people-led, KPI-driven environment where pace, relationships and performance matter.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading, coaching and developing Team Leads and wider teams
- Creating a proactive, high-performance culture
- Driving accountability, pace and commercial awareness
- Supporting teams through change, growth and new ways of working
- Working closely with senior leadership to improve performance and engagement
- Using data, insight and KPIs to drive team performance
- Bringing energy, visibility and leadership presence into the office environment
- Balancing customer experience with commercial outcomes
