Technology Recruitment Consultant (high‑billing desk)
Pay Range: £34,000 – £45,000 + uncapped bonus.
Location: Bristol (hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote).Job type: full‑time, permanent.
What you will be doing
- Owning and developing your technology recruitment desk (permanent only)
- Building and managing high‑value client relationships
- Driving new business and expanding existing accounts
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from brief through to onboarding
- Delivering permanent recruitment solutions across IT and technology roles
- Consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in technology or IT recruitment within an agency environment
- Strong track record of billing success, ideally within permanent recruitment
- Confidence managing fees, rates and senior stakeholders
- Commercially driven with a target‑focused mindset
- Self‑sufficient, motivated and results‑oriented
