Role Snapshot

• Contribute specialized legal expertise to develop high-quality reasoning datasets and evaluate outputs across complex domains such as real estate, tax, bankruptcy, and estates.

Core Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality reference responses at attorney-level standard
• Evaluate model-generated outputs using structured rubrics
• Deliver detailed written feedback to improve model performance
• Participate in onboarding sessions and calibration exercises

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in real estate, tax, bankruptcy/restructuring, or trusts and estates law
• Licensed legal practitioner with a J.D., LL.B., or LL.M. from an accredited institution
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one specialty area (e.g., M&A tax, Chapter 11, estate planning, commercial real estate)
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
