HR Advisor / Consultant | 3 Month Fixed Term Contract Initially

Elevation HR are excited to be partnering with an international manufacturing and retail business in the Wakefield area, as they look to appoint an HR Advisor on an initial 3-month fixed-term contract on a full-time basis.
Reporting into the Head of People, the HR Advisor will be responsible for leading on large-scale projects around change and consultations, including:
- Support large-scale change programmes including restructures, TUPE, redundancies and consultation processes
- Provide proactive HR advice and guidance to managers across manufacturing and retail operations
- Assist with employee relations cases, ensuring policies and procedures are followed consistently
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders while helping to drive engagement and positive communication during periods of change
