Senior UX Designer – Markets Post Trade
Purpose of the role: Provide strategic direction for UX across product development, support senior management, and manage product development risk.
Accountabilities
- Develop strategic direction for product development UX, including implementation of up-to-date methodologies and processes.
- Oversee product development UX initiatives, managing colleagues, performance, departmental goals, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders, identifying relevant parties and ensuring quality of external third‑party services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for product development UX.
- Manage product development UX risk, identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and aligning with compliance functions.
- Monitor financial performance of the product development UX department, including revenue, profitability, and cost control.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competition, regulatory changes and identify opportunities.
