Overview We are supporting a major UK Government programme seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer (front-end focused) to join an established technical delivery team. This role will play a key part in building and maintaining high-quality, user-centred services within a highly governed public sector environment. Key Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer within UK Government or public sector environments Strong front-end development skills with a focus on JavaScript and TypeScript Hands-on experience with Node.js and Nunjucks Strong commitment to Test-Driven Development (TDD) Active SC clearance required Available to interview and start at short notice Comfortable working remotely with occasional onsite travel (max once per month)
Technical Skills Essential: JavaScript TypeScript Node.js Nunjucks TDD Desirable: Ruby API development and integration
