**Key Responsibilities**
Prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, peeling, and storing food Wash and prepare fresh produce to the highest hygiene standards Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients accurately for recipes Cook dishes according to recipes, quality expectations, and presentation guidelines Prepare cold foods and support miseu2011enu2011place for your section Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers Monitor food quality throughout preparation Set up and break down workstations ensuring organisation and cleanliness Maintain impeccable hygiene by washing and disinfecting tools, equipment, and work areas Uphold company policies, professional appearance standards, and confidentiality Maintain positive working relationships and support team goals
