Scottish Huntington’s Association is seeking a Health and Social Care professional to improve the lives of families affected by Huntington’s disease across Scotland. The role involves providing care management and specialist assessments while working alongside local Health and Social Care teams.
The ideal candidate will possess great communication skills, be able to work autonomously, and have a commitment to enhancing care quality. Full training will be provided for those without prior Huntington’s disease experience.
