Provide deep technical expertise in General Insurance, offering high‑quality insight across the business. Be part of a team that provides specialist support to help NFU Mutual customers identify, assess, and reduce risks across their businesses.

About the role
You will promote and sell our Health & Safety products and consultancy services, empowering agencies, supporting customers, and shaping best‑practice standards across the North East. You will build your presence with agencies, host discussions about RMS offerings, and ensure our products are represented with confidence and clarity.
This role involves managing your own diary, balancing time on the road with stakeholder engagement, and being measured on the impact you make across your region.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Health & Safety products and consultancy services.
- Build presence with agencies and host discussions about RMS offerings.
- Represent products with confidence and clarity.
- Guide agents and support customer conversations.
- Join meetings and provide expert insight to help customers make informed decisions.
- Manage your own diary and schedule.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong customer‑facing skills and sales instinct.
- Understanding of risk or Health & Safety (NEBOSH or similar is a bonus; training will be provided).
- Proactive, confident, and able to build lasting connections.
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to self‑manage time and diary effectively.
- Proven initiative.
