CDM Principal Designer
A top 100 Architectural Practice based in Leicester offers fully remote work and is seeking a design professional to take on a CDM Principal Designer role.
The Role
The successful individual will act as a CDM Principal Designer, leading project delivery across retail, commercial, healthcare, heritage, residential and other sectors. Responsibilities include mitigating risk at early design stages, managing all CDM‑related tasks, and ensuring an effective handover to the Principal Contractor.
The Person
Qualifications: a strong understanding of the CDM Regulations 2015, ARB‑registered or RIBA‑registered status, and experience in design risk management. The candidate should have a keen eye for spotting and eliminating risk at early design stages and possess clear communication skills.
