We’re looking for a commercially minded people leader to take ownership of an established customer-facing sales function and help drive the next stage of its development.

This isn’t a high-pressure sales environment. Instead, you’ll be working with an experienced team, helping to build confidence, improve performance, encourage accountability and create a more proactive commercial culture.

You’ll have genuine visibility across the business and the opportunity to influence how the team operates moving forward.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading, motivating and developing a customer-facing commercial team

• Driving performance, engagement and accountability

• Coaching individuals to maximise confidence and effectiveness

• Improving processes, reporting and ways of working

• Supporting the development of a proactive and commercially focused culture

• Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business

Who we’re looking for

You may currently be working as a:

• Commercial Team Manager

• Sales Team Manager

• Internal Sales Manager

• Customer Service Manager

• Sales Office Manager

• Business Development Manager with leadership responsibility

• Commercial Manager

Experience within manufacturing, engineering, technical, industrial or business-to-business environments would be advantageous.

Most importantly, you’ll be a strong people leader who enjoys coaching others, driving positive change and improving performance.
