The Continuous Improvement Team (CS Division) is responsible for a wide range of reporting across the business and is a central point of MI to Sales, Service and Operational departments. This is an exciting opportunity to join this team in an 18‑month FTC position.

Summary of the Role

Automate, build and own key strategic operational reports. Examine and evaluate the purpose and content of business reports to develop new or improve existing reports using a variety of reporting formats and tools. Identify and understand data sources to improve accuracy and efficiency across multiple reporting streams. Respond to data requests in timely and appropriate manner. Support team members in automation and efficiency of reports as well as helping ask what reporting is essential; to be fluid with keeping up with reporting demand for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake stakeholder liaising and requirements gathering.
  • Seek opportunities to find efficiencies and savings in monthly reporting.
  • Seek innovative ways to deliver MI to stakeholders including self‑service solutions.
  • Own and automate required existing reporting suite (using SAS and VBA) to deliver on time and accurate scheduled reports.
  • Identify data integrity issues where they exist; ensure data integrity by creating exception reports and implementing controls in reporting processes.
  • Present data in an easily accessible manner to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all process documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in the delivery of change work streams that will require strong working relationships and stakeholder management.
  • Support the team leader with improvements and efficiencies.
  • Carry out any other reasonable request required to meet organisational goals, strategies and targets.

Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel to advanced level.
  • Experience in SAS, Visual Basic, VBA, and SQL.
  • Report writing/understanding via SAS, Crystal, and Business Objects.
  • Strong communication skills alongside an eye for detail.
  • Proactive can‑do attitude, keen to seek improvement.
