Job Overview:

As a Sales & Management Trainee, you will gain insight into how to manage our current client campaigns by working with customers directly through face-to-face sales, building strong relationships and ensuring high-quality customer service. You will be working in a supportive and team-oriented environment, with opportunities to progress into senior positions as your knowledge and skill set develop.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, building positive relationships.
- Clearly explain product information, tailored to customers needs/request
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services based on customer needs.
- Shadow senior management to support the delivery of client campaigns.
- Network with professionals in the sector.
- One-on-one mentorship from experienced managers to support professional development.
- Contribute to individual and team targets.
- Actively participate in performance reviews.
