Role Description

This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join InXpress Hampshire as a Trainee Sales & Account Executive, based in Elstead, Surrey.

This is a full-time, office and field-based role, offering a mix of structured training, real-world experience, and after your first year and qualification – some work hybrid flexibility.

As part of the global InXpress APEX Initiative, you’ll join a dynamic cohort of 20+ trainees across the UK, learning every aspect of sales and account management—from lead generation (telesales and door-to-door) to full-cycle customer development and retention.

Over 12 months, you’ll receive:

What We’re Looking For

  • You must be able to drive and live within one hour’s commute of the office. (These are non-negotiable, please do not apply otherwise) (GU8 6LB)
  • University graduate preferred (not essential)
  • 1+ year of experience in any direct sales role
  • Strong communicator and natural relationship builder
  • Confident, motivated, and outgoing personality
  • Positive attitude & a strong desire to be a sales professional

  

What We Offer

  • Salary either –
  • £30,000 Base with performance commission (7% in first year -10% after) *based on lifetime residual margins
  • £25,000 Base with performance commission (10% in the first year – 15% after) *based on lifetime residual margins
  • 20 days holiday + bank holidays.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
