Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and onboard new clients for battery and renewable energy solutions, achieve regional sales targets.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to drive business expansion.
- Provide distributors with marketing support, competitive insights, and product training to enhance performance.
- Conduct market and industry research to analyze trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with technical and support teams to address client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties assigned by company leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related disciplines (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in solar, energy storage, or power solutions.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities, with high professional integrity.
