About the Role
This isn’t a role where you’ll inherit a territory and work a playbook someone else wrote. You’ll be one of the first commercial hires at a company with serious domain credibility, a clear point of view on where the industry is heading, and a product that solves a problem every major bank and merchant in the world has right now.
We’re looking for a true hunter. Someone who knows how to earn their way into the accounts that matter, who earns the respect of buyers quickly, and who finds genuine energy in building something from scratch. If you’ve sold into banks and other financial institutions, and you’re ready for a new challenge in being our first Go-To-Market hire for the UK region, it’s time to talk to us.
You’ll report directly to senior leadership, and your impact will be immediate and visible.
What You’ll Do
You’ll start with owning UK issuer sales but it doesn’t stop there – before long we’ll be expanding into Europe and you’ll also be targeting other financial institution types (processors, acquirers, etc.). In practice that means:
- Prospecting and engaging senior decision makers across fraud, payments, risk, operations, and digital teams.
- Qualifying opportunities and managing their progression through our pipeline.
- Representing Tuhk at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build market presence, generate leads and nurture existing relationships.
- Partnering closely with marketing and leadership on messaging, campaigns, and strategic outreach.
- Maintaining disciplined CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline reporting and bringing market intelligence back into the business on competitors, customer needs, and emerging trends.
What We’re Looking For
7-10 years of successful financial institution sales experience, ideally selling into payments, fraud, risk, banking, SaaS, or fintech.
- Strong history of financial institution sales success in the UK market.
- Comfort and credibility engaging senior leadership, including C-suite executives.
- A self-starter mentality with the discipline to perform without a safety net and the drive to win without being told to.
- Desire to learn and win in different markets (countries) and target verticals (e.g. acquirers, merchants, partners, etc.)
- Strong communication, presence, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Outreach.

In this role, success isn’t just about hitting a sales quota. It’s about becoming a trusted presence in the market, building relationships that compound over time, contributing meaningfully to pipeline generation and revenue success.
