About the Role
A highly regarded law firm with a strong reputation in claimant clinical negligence work is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its specialist team. The firm is known for handling complex and high-value claims while maintaining a strong focus on client care and support.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters while being supported by experienced specialists within the department.
The role will involve:
- Managing a caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters
- Investigating claims involving medical treatment and patient care
- Liaising with medical experts and preparing evidence
- Advising clients throughout the litigation process
- Drafting legal documentation and progressing claims through the courts
- Maintaining strong client relationships during sensitive matters
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor with experience in Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury
- Demonstrate strong litigation and case management skills
- Have excellent communication and client care skills
- Be able to manage a varied caseload independently
- Show a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients
