About the Role
We are working with a fast growing company in the shipping and logistics sector, looking to hire a confident and driven Business Development Executive to join their team in Reading.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in sales. No previous experience is required.
What You Will Do
- Generate new business opportunities through outreach and networking
- Manage the full sales journey from first contact to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions
- Work towards targets and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a great client experience
About You
- Confident, clear communicator who enjoys speaking with people
- Motivated and target driven with a strong work ethic
- Keen to learn and develop in a sales environment
- Resilient and positive approach to challenges
- Background in retail, hospitality or customer service is welcome
- Driving licence is ideal
