We’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Cambridge team on a 9‑month maternity cover contract. You’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience across multiple offices, working closely with managers and the wider HR team to drive people-focused initiatives and best practice.

  • Partner with managers to deliver proactive, generalist HR support
  • Work with Recruitment to secure top talent for the firm
  • Identify training and development needs and support capability growth
  • Deliver core HR training (e.g appraisals, interviewing, people management)
  • Draft and update HR policies
  • Lead on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment law
  • Monitor and report on HR KPIs
  • Contribute to internal HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 3+ years’ experience as an HR Business Partner supporting multiple client groups
  • Confidence delivering training and presenting to varied audiences
  • CIPD qualification (desirable but not essential with strong experience)
