- Building and managing high-performing teams across operations, commercial and work-winning functions
- Driving major bids, developing client relationships and securing long-term frameworks and partnerships
- Ensuring compliance with NERS accreditation, DNO/IDNO requirements and all regulatory standards
- Embedding a strong safety, quality and performance culture across the division
- Acting as the senior point of contact for key clients and stakeholders
We are looking for:
- Senior leadership experience at Director or Managing Director level within ICP, HV or EHV power infrastructure
- Proven track record delivering grid connection projects, ideally within renewables, BESS or large power users
- Strong technical and commercial understanding of contestable works and utility delivery models
- Experience managing DNO/IDNO relationships and navigating approvals and energisation processes
- Demonstrated success in building teams, driving growth and operating within high-growth environments
