As an IMS Officer at HL Display, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of the company’s Integrated Management System, encompassing Quality (ISO 9001) , Environmental (ISO 14001) , and Health & Safety (ISO 45001) standards. Working closely with the Quality, Environmental, and H&S Managers, you will ensure that compliance, documentation, and system processes are maintained to the highest standards across the organization.
This is a hands-on manufacturing role focused on problem solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement, not a purely administrative position. You will be responsible for supporting management systems, audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, working closely with operational teams to maintain high standards.
Manage and update controlled documents, policies, procedures, and records in alignment with internal and external standards. Data Collection & Reporting: Compile and analyse performance data related to quality, environmental, and health & safety metrics. Training & Awareness: Assist in organizing and delivering training and awareness sessions for staff related to IMS procedures, policies, and compliance requirements. Monitor and follow up on CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), ensuring timely closure and root cause analysis. Regulatory & Standards Compliance: Support ongoing compliance with legal, corporate, and ISO requirements, including risk assessments, inspections, and audits. We employ people from all walks of life and with a wide range of work experiences. Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable. Competence in Microsoft Office and document management systems NEBOSH or equivalent health & safety training
