Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver a varied portfolio of planning projects across rural and mixed-use developments.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.
• Oversee budgets, project coordination, and timelines to ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth.
• Provide strategic planning advice and support across multiple disciplines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.

What You’ll Bring

• Chartered Planner (MRTPI) or equivalent professional qualification.
• 5+ years of post-qualification planning experience.
• Proven success in business development and project delivery.
• Strong presentation, analytical, and client management skills.
• Commercially minded, flexible, and proactive approach.
• Understanding of rural planning issues (beneficial, not essential).
