Project Manager

Harrington Starr are excited to partner with a fast-growing FinTech business based in the City of London who are hiring their first dedicated Project Manager to join their team.

This business provides cutting-edge trading solutions for clients across Europe. Reporting to the Head of Product, this role will lead on a variety of projects including client implementations and multiple internal initiatives.

This role is based in the City of London and requires 3 days a week in their office. You must have full right to work in the UK.

About you

• 2+ years Project Management experience
• FinTech experience highly preferred but not essential
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Passionate about making an impact at an agile, fast-paced & innovative tech environment
• Project Management: Implement methodologies, tools, and best practices for structured project delivery.
• Planning & Execution: Define scope, deliverables, and timelines for large-scale projects.
• Release Coordination: Manage critical releases in a regulated environment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align stakeholders and ensure clear communication.
• Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigations, and resolve issues proactively.
