Role Summary
Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, driving platform strategy, AI-enabled workflows, and multi-domain transformation across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD.
Key Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture and platform strategy
- Design scalable, integrated solutions across multiple modules
- Drive AI-enabled workflows (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, GenAI)
- Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders (CIO/CTO level)
- Oversee solution design, integrations, and delivery governance
- Support pre‑sales, solutioning, and practice development
Requirements
- 10–15+ years IT experience, with 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture
- Strong multi‑module expertise (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD)
- Proven experience in enterprise implementations and stakeholder management
- Hands‑on experience with integrations (API, cloud, middleware)
- ServiceNow CTA (preferred) and ITIL certification
Differentiators
- Experience with AI / GenAI on ServiceNow
- Consulting or transformation program experience
