Binding Authority Operations Associate

Company: International Lloyd’s Reinsurance Broker

Required:

  1. 2+ years experience in the Lloyd’s market
  2. Experience with ATLAS, DCOM, PPL or similar systems
  3. Experience handling Lloyd’s Binding Authorities / Binder business
  4. Experience processing bordereaux and using IMR/Xchanging
  5. Ability to work in the office 3 days per week and 2 days WFH
  6. Desired salary between £50k-£65k base

Overview

Join a growing Binding Authority Operations team supporting Lloyd’s Coverholder and Binder business. The role focuses on contract administration, bordereaux processing, compliance, and day-to-day servicing of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage allocated Coverholder accounts and servicing requirements
  • Draft new and renewal Binding Authority Agreements and endorsements
  • Process and review premium bordereaux and settlements
  • Maintain records across internal systems, ATLAS, DCOM and IMR
  • Provide reporting and premium updates to underwriters and clients
  • Monitor contract, compliance and operational documentation
  • Support wider team activities and operational processes
