Salary: £28,763.91 per annum / £13.82 per hour, 40 hours across 5 days.

Responsibilities

• Work in a clean and efficient manner, maintaining high kitchen standards.
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills and keep calm under pressure.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to deliver extraordinary dining experiences.
• Adapt to a 7‑day, 365‑day operation with flexible shift patterns and hours.
• Support continuous improvement through training and feedback.
