A highly respected and ambitious law firm is looking to appoint an exceptional Head of Family / Partner to lead and further develop its established Family department.
This is a standout opportunity for a senior Family Solicitor or Barrister with 10+ years’ PQE (or equivalent) seeking genuine leadership, autonomy, and long-term progression within a successful and forward-thinking firm.
The Opportunity
You will lead a thriving Family practice, manage a high-quality caseload, mentor and develop junior lawyers, and play a key role in shaping the strategic growth of the department and wider firm.
The role would suit a commercially minded Family Lawyer with strong technical expertise, an established network, and a proven track record in business development and private client work.
