Role & Shifts

Permanent role, day or night shift available, full time, part time. Shift availability may vary.

Pay

£14.50 per hour for day time shifts.

£16.82 (£2.32 Night Shift Allowance) per hour for night time shifts.

£21.75 Overtime (40-50 hours).

£29 Overtime (50-60 hours).

LCY8 – Amazon Sort Centre (LCY8) Unit 1, London Medway Commercial Park, Stoke Road, Rochester, ME3 9NS

What You’ll Be Doing With Your Team

• Unload, lift and relocate products
• Scan, sort and divert packages containing the full range of Amazon’s products

After Training, You May Also

• Move products using industrial trucks and machines, like forklifts and power pallets
• Work indoors and outdoors in the yard ensuring safe operations for the team and our delivery partners

Skills You Need

• Your safety comes first. You must be able to follow safety, quality and production standards
• You may need to stand and walk for long periods during your shift, this could be up to/more than 8 hours per shift
• You may need to be able to lift (products up to 23kg), bend, twist, kneel and crouch
• You may need to be required to handle a full range of Amazon products, including alcohol, pork, beef and other animal products

Basic Qualifications

No formal qualifications required. Previous experience is not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
