The Role
As a Behaviour Support Worker, you’ll play a key part in helping students stay engaged in learning and on track with their personal development goals.
You will:
Support students in the classroom to stay focused and engagedHelp manage behaviour in a positive, proactive wayDeliver and reinforce tailored interventions and development plansBuild strong, trusting relationships with studentsSupport social skills, communication, and emotional regulationWork closely with teachers and support staff to create a consistent approach

A calm, patient, and positive attitudeA genuine interest in supporting children with additional needsConfidence in managing behaviour and building rapportExperience with children or young people is helpful, but not essentialAn interest in education, psychology, or youth work is a bonus
