Property Services Operative

Location: Oxfordshire

Salary: Up to £33,750 per annum

Employment: Full time, permanent

The role

At Atlas Workplace Services, we are looking for a Property Services Operative to support a prestigious client site in Oxfordshire. This varied, hands‑on position involves delivering high‑quality facilities services and assisting with the day‑to‑day operation of the site.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
  • Support post room operations, including handling incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Provide porterage and stores support, ensuring items are safely and efficiently moved around the site
  • Complete and maintain documentation in line with site processes
  • Manage reactive work requests through the CAFM system, ensuring tasks are completed in line with KPIs and SLAs
  • Carry out general maintenance activities including basic repairs, painting and decorating, and other fabric tasks
  • Assist with room set‑ups, furniture movements, and layout changes
  • Support site waste management processes and ensure correct handling and disposal
  • Identify and report maintenance issues to the Helpdesk
  • Monitor stock levels and request replenishment where required
  • Respond promptly to changes in site requirements or incidents
  • Follow all health and safety, fire, and compliance procedures
  • Support the wider team with additional reasonable requests when needed

Minimum qualifications, certifications and training

  • GCSE in English and Maths, or equivalent

Knowledge, skills and experience

  • Previous experience within a similar environment delivering multi‑disciplinary building services
  • Experience working in a customer‑facing environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of modern office software
  • Experience using CAFM systems on Android tablets
  • Experience working in heavily controlled environments, with a strong understanding of health and safety requirements and compliance with site rules and management systems
