Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor to join our City Office in Blackfriars.
The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial conveyancing matters and provide high-quality legal advice to a diverse range of clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor looking to develop their career within a growing and ambitious law firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
- Advising clients on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial property documentation
- Conducting due diligence and title investigations
- Bring in your own network of clients
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Providing commercially focused legal advice
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk management requirements
- Maintaining high standards of client care and service delivery
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Minimum 3 years PQE in commercial conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial property transactions
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to manage files independently and efficiently
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Professional, proactive and detail-oriented approach
Location
This is a fully on-site position based at our London City Office in Blackfriars.
