Choice Support is seeking a PBS Practitioner to join their Positive Behaviour Support Team. You will be responsible for implementing the PBS strategy to enhance the wellbeing and quality of life for individuals while reducing challenging behaviours. This role involves travelling to services in London and requires a strong background in learning disabilities, Autism, and related training delivery.

Successful candidates will possess relevant qualifications and training and have excellent communication skills. Flexibility to travel and commitment to improving the lives of those with complex needs is essential.
