Eden Brown are seeking a passionate and dynamic teacher to join the Springboard programme at a leading FE college in Greater Manchester. This is a short-term, full-time opportunity to make a real impact, supporting students in their learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in line with the Springboard curriculum including Maths, English and EmployabilitySupport student progress, providing guidance and feedbackMaintain high standards of classroom management and safeguardingContribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:Experience teaching in an FE setting or relevant educational backgroundStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt quickly and engage students effectivelyPassion for supporting learners to achieve their potential
A DBS is also required for this role.
