Job Responsibilities
As an Apprentice Early Years Practitioner, you’ll receive full training and support to become a qualified Level 2 or 3 practitioner.
- Help create a safe, fun, and stimulating environment for children.
- Support planned play and learning activities following the EYFS framework.
- Work as part of a friendly team led by experienced practitioners and room leaders.
- Learn how to provide high-quality care that supports each child’s individual needs.
- Contribute to an inclusive and positive nursery environment.
You’ll get hands‑on experience every day while studying towards your qualification — with full guidance, mentoring, and career development support.
Person Specification
- GCSE passes in English and Maths (or equivalent).
- Good written and spoken English.
- Passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow.
- Commitment to complete your qualification within 18 months.
