THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, to ensure the smooth running of The Cosmetics Company store at Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth. This permanent contract is for 30 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Use coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, demonstrating authentic and personalized customer service.
• Support the SM and ASM to achieve all sales and customer service targets.
• Be responsible for opening and closing the store, with the hours worked across 4 days – fully flexible, to include both late nights and weekends.

About you

Proven retail experience preferably within the cosmetics industry, and ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the UK if invited to attend an interview.
