CDM Principal Designer — Health & Safety Lead (Hybrid)

Fulkers Bailey Russell is recruiting a CDM Principal Designer to join our construction consultancy. This hybrid role involves working across varied Residential and Commercial projects with a focus on H&S and CDM compliance from feasibility through to handover of the Health and Safety File.

You will provide structured design risk management and ensure CDM 2015 duties are fulfilled, while supporting and communicating with clients and project teams to deliver safe, compliant outcomes.
