As an Assistant Manager you will act as a brand ambassador; engaging with customers, driving sales and always #Playasoneteam.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager to inspire and coach the team
- Lead by example to deliver excellence.
- Be KPI driven and commercially aware of the business performance
- Follow the performance management process alongside HR processes
- Support the smooth operational running of the store
