It is suited to individuals who want to progress & learn how kitchens are run and have a one to one mentorship in management of people and systems.A candidate who is successful at the interview stage will be expected to conduct a mystery box cook off at the restaurant for the senior team. References will be required.## This Role IncludesDutiesPrepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards Assist in the organisation and mise en place of ingredients for service Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations throughout shifts Monitor food quality during preparation and service Collaborate with all team members (foh & boh ) to ensure timely service during busy periods Follow all food safety procedures, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices Support the head chef in the smooth running of the kitchen## Skills RequiredExperiencePrevious experience in food preparation within a restaurant of a similar standard (michelin, AA & Bib gourmand.)
