We are looking for a motivated and organised Customer Service Administrator to join our growing team at Enable Services. This is a great opportunity to build on current experience and gain additional knowledge on the property sector.
Enable Services was established in 2021 and has supported a number of residential surveying practices and helping reduce fuel poverty with the energy side of the business.
What you will be involved in:
- Answering inbound calls and directing the queries to the most relevant departments of an already well established team.
- Input, update and manage data across internal systems and databases.
- Assisting with arranging inspections for Surveyors, whilst ensuring the diary is maximised.
- Issuing documents and reports to Clients in a timely manner.
- Providing support to our Sales team by assisting with incoming enquiries by providing potential Clients with knowledgeable guidance on what product is most suitable for them.
- Dealing with inbound emails for all departments within the business.
- Helping the team continue to improve the service provided to our Clients.
What we need from you:
- Willingness to learn
- Team player
- Travel to our office in Turnditch, Belper a minimum of four days a week
- Knowledge on the property industry would be preferred but not essential
