We are working in close partnership with a growing global organisation within the oil and gas sector on the appointment of a Business Development Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business during a period of continued international growth. The organisation operates across multiple global regions and is investing heavily in its commercial capability, customer relationships, and long-term market expansion.

The Opportunity

This role will focus on developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing client relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the business across key international markets.

The successful individual will play a visible role within the commercial team, helping to drive revenue growth while working closely with both operational and senior leadership teams globally.

This is well suited to an ambitious and commercially driven individual who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and working in a fast-paced environment with genuine long-term career potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and executing business development strategies to support revenue growth

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities across existing and emerging markets

• Managing and progressing opportunities through the CRM pipeline

• Building long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders

• Preparing and presenting tailored commercial proposals

• Supporting international market expansion activities

• Attending industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings

• Working closely with global teams to ensure a consistent commercial approach

What We Are Looking For

• Strong business development experience within the oil and gas sector is essential

• Proven track record of generating new business and growing client accounts

• Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building ability

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Comfortable operating in a global and fast-moving environment

• Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially driven

• Willingness to travel internationally when required
