Elevation are pleased to be working with an industry leading business supplies company on the hunt for a Telesales Executive to join their vibrant team.

You’ll be the voice of the business – speaking to companies, building relationships, and helping them get the supplies they need to keep their teams running smoothly.

On a typical day you’ll:

  • Pick up the phone and connect with new and existing business customers
  • Spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell with low/spending, dormant and existing accounts
  • Turn enquiries into orders through strong rapport building ability
  • Build your own customer base and grow it month after month
  • Smash your targets (and celebrate when you do)
  • Work closely with the wider team to make sure customers are happy

Skills & Requirements:

  • Someone who’s confident, tenacious and ambitious
  • A natural persuader who listens as well as they talk and is brilliant building commercial relationships
  • Target-driven (you don’t just meet goals – you chase them)
  • Resilient – because not every call is a yes
  • Experience in telesales, internal sales, or B2B sales is a big plus
