Adults Social Worker – Transformation Team

Nottingham | £32 per hour | 2-3 days per week in the office

Are you an experienced Adults Social Worker who thrives on change, innovation and making a real impact? This is an exciting opportunity to join a Transformation Team in Nottingham, where you’ll play a key role in shaping services, improving outcomes and supporting sustainable change across Adult Social Care.

This role is ideal for a proactive, adaptable social worker who enjoys working at pace, influencing practice and contributing to service redesign while keeping the person at the centre of everything you do.

The Role

• Support and deliver service improvement and transformation initiatives
• Work collaboratively across teams to embed new ways of working
• Manage complex adults social care cases in line with statutory duties
• Apply strengths-based practice to achieve positive, person-centred outcomes
• Contribute to shaping future service delivery across the council

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Adults Social Worker (Social Work England registered)
• Experience within Adult Social Care, ideally within change or improvement-focused teams
• Full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle and willingness to travel both inside and outside the area as required
• Confident, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to attend the office 2-3 days per week
