We are supporting a specialist waste management company looking to hire a Telesales Executive to join their growing team.

This is a warm lead sales role — you’ll be speaking with inbound enquiries and existing customers, not cold calling.

What you’ll be doing

  • Handling inbound enquiries and converting them into business
  • Following up quotes and leads to close sales
  • Re-engaging previous customers and winning back business
  • Managing your pipeline and follow-ups in the CRM
  • Working towards sales activity and conversion targets

The role is designed to protect selling time, so you can focus on speaking to customers and closing opportunities.

Training & Support

You’ll receive full onboarding and structured training, including:

  • Product and service training
  • Call coaching and objection handling
  • Closing techniques and live support
  • A structured development plan

What we’re looking for

  • Target driven and motivated to succeed in sales
  • Organised with strong follow-up discipline
  • Customer-focused and professional

Previous telesales experience is useful, but driven and coachable candidates with the right attitude will also be considered.
