Location: Henham
Job Description:

At Planteria Group, we help organisations reimagine their workplaces, making them more productive, healthy, and sustainable. From creating warm, welcoming reception areas to designing large‑scale living architecture, we turn ordinary spaces into vibrant places where people genuinely love to be.

We’ve grown from a small family business into the UK’s leading interior landscaping specialist, transforming workplaces and commercial environments with the power of nature, to international expansion with operations in the US. Along the way, we’ve partnered with some of the UK’s, and now US’s most recognisable brands to bring biophilic design to life, from lush office greenery and elegant corporate floristry to spectacular roof gardens and living walls.

Our success is driven by a fantastic team of 185 employees internationally, and we’re continuing to expand. We’re now looking for passionate individuals to join us on this journey and help us shape the future of sustainable, inspiring workplace design.

Your Impact:

In this role, you will be responsible for installing beautiful interior and exterior plant designs into our clients’ workplaces and corporate environments. A large portion of our installations take place in London and our clients expect a high‑quality, professional service, and you will play a key part in delivering that.

  • Deliver and install plants at client sites according to agreed project plans
  • Follow project guidelines and work collaboratively as part of a team to complete installations
  • Communicate confidently and professionally with clients during the installation process
  • Proactively identify potential challenges onsite and work with your line manager to find solutions
  • Use handheld devices accurately to record progress and follow required procedures to ensure timely, successful installations
  • Follow all required health & safety processes
  • Possibly support on other projects in other locations in the UK
  • Carry out physical tasks, including lifting and installing planters and plant displays

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • A strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, contributing positively to group objectives while also demonstrating professionalism and reliability in all interactions
  • A good level of physical fitness, enabling you to carry out manual handling tasks safely and effectively as part of the installation process
  • Practical, hands‑on capability with a reasonable level of DIY competence, including familiarity with tools and equipment required for installation work
  • Clear and confident communication skills, allowing you to interact professionally with clients and internal colleagues, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient project delivery
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities, with the capability to assess onsite challenges, think logically under pressure, and elevate issues appropriately to ensure high‑quality outcomes
  • Previous experience in manual or practical work environments and the ability to apply that experience in a structured, high‑quality service setting
  • Experience working effectively within team‑based environments, contributing to shared goals and supporting colleagues as needed
  • A base in London allowing you to travel to customer sites with ease

This role requires flexibility around working hours, including:

  • Availability to work outside of standard hours during client installations
  • Weekend availability when required to support operational and business demands

Accessibility & Adjustments

We want every candidate to have the best possible experience throughout our recruitment process. If you require any adjustments or accommodations at any stage, including the interview, please let us know, and we will be happy to support you.

Your Career Progression & Development

We believe careers aren’t one‑size‑fits‑all. That’s why we invest in learning and development across all our roles, empowering individuals to grow in ways that suit their strengths, whether that’s leading people, deepening expertise, or sharing knowledge as part of our wider training and development community.

All employees must follow the organisation’s Health & Safety policies, take care of their own safety and that of others, use equipment and PPE correctly, report hazards or incidents, participate in training, and cooperate with emergency procedures, risk assessments, and investigations to maintain a safe, tidy, and compliant workplace.

Benefits:

  • Quarterly company bonus and annual performance related bonus
  • BUPA Cash plan
  • 25 days holiday plus any UK Bank Holidays
  • Lunch
  • Learning & Development

Compensation Range: £29K – £34K
