Temporary Telesales Executive (Outbound) – Hybrid Working

£13.00 per hour | 12-Week Temp to Perm Opportunity

Partnering with some of the UK’s most recognisable household brands, a leading telemarketing specialist is expanding due to continued growth. They are now seeking confident and target-driven Telesales Executives to join their high-performing team on a temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent.

Key Telesales Executive Responsibilities

  • Deliver against campaign objectives and achieve individual targets
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and email outreach to generate leads
  • Engage with key decision-makers to identify business needs and qualify opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to nurture leads and increase brand awareness
  • Accurately record all activity and customer interactions within the CRM system
  • Monitor performance and provide regular campaign updates to the Team Leader
  • Carry out market research to support campaign success
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and improve campaign performance

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role
  • Strong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and influence decision-makers
  • Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
  • Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • IT literate, with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a team-oriented approach
