They are now seeking confident and target-driven Telesales Executives to join their high-performing team on a temporary basis with the opportunity to go permanent.

Key Telesales Executive Responsibilities
- Deliver against campaign objectives and achieve individual targets
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and email outreach to generate leads
- Engage with key decision-makers to identify business needs and qualify opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to nurture leads and increase brand awareness
- Accurately record all activity and customer interactions within the CRM system
- Monitor performance and provide regular campaign updates to the Team Leader
- Carry out market research to support campaign success
- Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and improve campaign performance
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
- Ability to build rapport quickly and influence decision-makers
- Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
- Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- IT literate, with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a team-oriented approach
