Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for routine enquiries, taking action and liaising with others as necessary, including reception cover duties during working hours.
- Communicate with staff, patients and external organisations using appropriate methods.
- Maintain manual and electronic filing systems and databases, ensuring accurate and appropriate archiving of documents.
- Maintain an efficient and comprehensive administrative service, including photocopying, and provide support to departments and team members as requested.
- Utilise relevant Trust EPR systems, ensuring all patient data is collected and input accurately in line with Trust guidelines.
Requirements
- Successful applicants must provide an immunisation and vaccination report from their current UK occupational health provider or UK GP.
- Position does not offer sponsorship for the applicant.
