Family Support Workers – CCSUN

Job Details

• Hours: 1) 4 hours on a Thursday evening 4.30pm – 8.30pm
• 2) 6 to 8 hours on 2 or 3 weekends per month (one day per weekend) Saturday or Sunday for up to 8 hours (9am – 5pm). Flexibility may be required to fit with variable children’s activities.
• Additional hours may be available during school holidays for flexible applicants.

Rate of Pay: £14.00 per hour (gross)

Area: Houghton Le Spring/Sunderland

Driver with own vehicle essential.

Responsibilities

The main purpose of this job is to work alongside me caring for and supporting my children with various activities. On Thursday evening, assist with picking up the daughter and taking her to football activity, and assist with bedtime routine. Manage challenging behaviour and support emotional and behavioural needs.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing challenging behaviour.
• Permission to work in the U.K.
