Job Description:

We are looking for a Risk and Compliance Coordinator, who will help drive improvements that keep us meeting our legal and ethical responsibilities, while supporting colleagues to build a strong culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting and developing management systems across quality, risk, HSE and business continuity (including ISO standards)
  • Coordinating audits, training schedules, and compliance activities across the team
  • Supporting internal and external audits, and helping track and implement improvement actions
  • Leading risk reviews, workshops and business continuity exercises
  • Investigating incidents (including GDPR breaches) and ensuring effective preventative action
  • Partnering with global teams to support training, processes and communications
  • Providing guidance on health & safety, including risk assessments and wellbeing support

This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to spend 40‑60% of their time collaborating and connecting face‑to‑face at their dedicated location. Flexible working arrangements will be considered from the first day of employment, including adjustments for disability or long‑term health conditions.

Qualifications & Experience

We are looking for someone with strong organisational and communication skills, and an interest in building a career in risk and compliance. You will be supported with the training and development you need to succeed.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make sound judgements
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including report writing and presentations
  • The ability to build relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritise your workload
  • Strong IT skills including systems and tools
  • A proactive, self‑motivated approach

Desirable Criteria

  • Qualifications covering Risk Management, BCDR Planning and Internal Auditor
  • IOSH Managing Safely as a minimum
  • Training/Coaching qualification
  • Ergonomic assessor training experience
