Role Overview
As a Virtual Assistant, you’ll manage client workflows in Monday.com, handle communications, and support business development. You’ll work independently and collaboratively to deliver exceptional service and help clients stay organised and productive.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Monday.com boards, automations, and dashboards
- Track leads, projects, and follow-ups
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments
- Support sales conversations and client onboarding
- Maintain administrative systems and reports
- Collaborate with the remote team to ensure consistent service delivery
Required Skills and Experience
- 1+ year experience with Monday.com (automations, dashboards, integrations)
- Proven experience in a remote admin or Virtual Assistant role
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Sales administration and communication experience
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, and CRM tools
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused
Preferred
- Experience in the construction or trades industry
- Confident and persuasive communicator with a sales mindset
